How Our Technology & Process Works

1. Pre-Treatment

We first apply a mild cleaning solution to a section of the floor and allow it to work for up to ten minutes. This is a gentle solution that will not cause damage to your tile or stone like some harsh acids. This pre-treatment emulsifies grease, accumulated soil, residual cleaners, and contaminants, allowing the rest of the cleaning process to be very effective, and also leaving the floor and grout odor free.

2. Pressure Washing

Our hard-surfacing cleaning system is specifically designed for cleaning tile & grout, acrylic, and epoxy surfaces. Our cleaning system is designed with four components that work in harmony; chemical action, high pressure, heat, and vacuum that allow us to “surgically” remove the soil embedded into porous parts of the tile and grout. The system generates water pressure of 50 to 2,000 P.S.I. and water temperature up to 250° to dissolve and remove years of soil and contaminants – restoring your floors almost to the original condition… and making a huge impact on the cleanliness of the environment. The vacuum hose also suctions the water along with the dirt to a containment tank on our truck, and the grey water is disposed of in accordance with EPA regulations. Our cleaning system restores tile & grout 85 to 90 percent of its original appearance. Some stains, (red wine, mustard, dyes, etc.) will not come out because they literally dye the grout, but most stains are safely removed by the cleaning system. In a nut shell, the system and tool will pressure wash, clean rinse, extract, and dry all in one process, making this the most effective and efficient cleaning method available today.

3. Sealing

After cleaning and drying, we recommend the use of a sealer on the floor, which soaks into the porous parts of the tile and grout and guards against future staining. The sealer does not change the appearance of the floors by adding shine, but preserves the natural beauty of the surfaces.  We also offer a Permanent solution for your sealer needs. Ask us about our Permanent sealer with color, with 40 colors to choose from.

When it comes to sealing your floors to guard against future staining and aid in cleaning, there are several options available, dependent upon the type of floor.  We can guide you to the right choice for your floors, just ask!

4. Maintenance

We will teach your maintenance personnel how to take proper care of the floors, and show them what kinds of cleaners will work well without affecting the sealer.

We recommend at minimum an annual cleaning of your floors to maintain the cleanliness and beauty.  Whatever your goals, we can assist in helping you maintain your newly cleaned floors for years to come!
